Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of FixiWeb.AI
Last Updated: October 12, 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance
1.1 Agreement to Terms
Welcome to FixiWeb.AI, operated by Fixiweb, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("FixiWeb," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FixiWeb website located at fixiweb.ai, fixiweb.ai/dashboard, and any related services, features, content, or applications offered by FixiWeb (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that entity.
1.3 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
2.1 Overview
FixiWeb is an AI-powered website operations platform that provides autonomous monitoring, issue detection, and fix execution across websites and CMS platforms. The platform includes:
- Website Monitoring: Continuous 24/7 scanning of websites for issues across 110+ service checks covering security, SEO, performance, accessibility, and functionality
- Issue Detection: Automated identification of vulnerabilities, broken elements, configuration errors, and compliance gaps
- AI-Powered Analysis: AI-driven root cause analysis and fix generation using multiple model tiers
- Automated Fix Execution: on platforms FixiWeb has certified for repair, an approved fix is applied to your website through the platform's own API, the FixiWeb connector, or a deterministic playbook — each requiring your approval before execution, fix by fix or in advance by category under Autopilot (§2.2). The Computer Use Agent is a separate opt-in path you initiate; it is not part of the automatic chain
- AI-Guided Fixes: Step-by-step guidance for issues requiring human judgment, delivered through the in-dashboard assistant
- Notifications: Real-time and scheduled alerts via email (Slack and WhatsApp alerts are coming soon)
- Reporting: Website health reports and historical scan data
- AI Agent Readiness: Assessment of your website's discoverability and compatibility with AI agents and crawlers
2.2 User Approval Required
Important: FixiWeb does not apply a fix to your website without your authorization. By default, each fix requires your explicit approval before any change is made.
Autopilot. If you choose to turn on Autopilot (called “Agent Mode” in earlier versions of these Terms), you select the categories of fix it may apply and give your consent, and FixiWeb may then apply eligible fixes in those categories without asking you each time. Autopilot is off unless you turn it on; FixiWeb never turns it on for you. FixiWeb records the version of the consent you gave and of these Terms, and asks for your consent again before Autopilot applies a category you have not consented to, or after the consent wording changes. Some kinds of change are never applied by Autopilot and always wait for your approval. You can pause Autopilot, change its categories or turn it off at any time.
You are responsible for reviewing proposed changes before approving them, and the changes made under Autopilot.
2.2A WordPress Connection Approval
When you approve FixiWeb on a WordPress site, you approve it once, in WordPress, and that single approval is the whole of the connection. By approving, you allow FixiWeb to:
- make the changes you approve on that site — or, under Autopilot, the kinds of change you have chosen — as the WordPress account you approve with;
- check whether the FixiWeb plugin is on your site, switch it on if it is installed but off, and connect it, so that repairs that need it can run. FixiWeb never installs software on your site; if the plugin is not there, you add it yourself and FixiWeb then finishes connecting it;
- show you everything it did on the connection’s page in Settings, and stop the moment you disconnect.
The approval does not let FixiWeb create users, install software, or change settings beyond a repair you approved. If a repair would need WordPress to grant something the approval does not already cover, FixiWeb asks you again at that point and does nothing until you answer. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, or by deleting the application password in your WordPress profile; either ends FixiWeb’s access. Where you approved FixiWeb under earlier wording, the plugin steps above are not covered until you allow them, once, at the repair that needs them.
2.2B Specialist-Assisted Repairs
When a repair you requested or approved does not complete automatically, FixiWeb may complete that repair with the help of a FixiWeb specialist. A specialist-assisted repair is limited as follows:
- It covers only the specific issue you requested or approved a repair for — fix by fix, or within a category you consented to under Autopilot. It is not a general authority to manage, administer or change your website.
- The change is made through a connection you have already authorized for your website, such as the platform’s API or the FixiWeb connector. Specialists do not receive your credentials and do not sign in to your website or your accounts.
- A specialist may examine and change only what that repair requires. FixiWeb does not use the access to explore or change anything unrelated to it.
- The same account, ownership and security restrictions apply as for an automatic repair, and every specialist action is recorded: who acted, under which authorization, and what was changed.
- FixiWeb checks the result after the change. Where the repair supports Undo, you can undo it the same way as an automatic repair; not every repair can be undone.
- Requesting or approving a specialist-assisted repair does not turn on Autopilot or add Autopilot categories, and turning on Autopilot does not authorize a specialist to do anything beyond completing the specific repair.
A specialist-assisted repair is a repair you authorized. Section 7.4 applies to it in the same way as to any other repair, and it does not transfer responsibility for your website to FixiWeb.
2.3 AI-Generated Outputs and Transparency
FixiWeb uses AI systems (including OpenAI and Anthropic models) to generate recommendations, summaries, and fix outputs. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your specific configuration.
FixiWeb does not promise 100% accuracy or guaranteed improvements. You remain responsible for reviewing all AI outputs and validating changes before applying them to your website.
2.4 Automated Fix Execution and the Computer Use Agent
FixiWeb executes an approved fix automatically through the platform's own API, the FixiWeb connector, or a deterministic playbook. The Computer Use Agent ("CU Agent") is not one of those mechanisms and never runs on its own: it is a separate path you initiate yourself, in which an AI-powered agent signs into your CMS or website backend on your behalf to apply a fix you have approved. By authorizing the CU Agent to act on your website, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have reviewed and approved the specific fix before execution. FixiWeb acts solely as your authorized agent, executing your explicit instruction.
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your website, database, and files before authorizing any automated action. FixiWeb does not create backups on your behalf.
- How credentials are kept. Any CMS credentials you provide for the opt-in CU Agent are used exclusively to execute actions you approve. They are never logged. They are stored encrypted and expire 30 days after they are last used; you can delete them at any time from the site's settings, and they are deleted when you delete your account.
- You accept responsibility for unintended consequences arising from changes you have approved and authorized. FixiWeb shall not be liable for website downtime, data loss, or functionality issues resulting from user-approved fix executions.
- Platform compatibility. Scanning and monitoring are available on any website. Automated fix execution is available only on the platforms FixiWeb has certified for repair — today WordPress, Shopify and Wix, and Webflow for page titles and meta descriptions — and the certified list may change as further platforms are proven. On every other platform FixiWeb delivers the finding and instructions rather than executing a change. Where execution is available, results may vary depending on your specific theme, plugins, or custom configurations, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
2.5 Domain Verification
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to verify ownership or control of the domain(s) you wish to scan. Domain verification may be performed through DNS record addition, HTML file upload, or other methods as specified by the Service. You agree to complete domain verification truthfully and only for domains you own or are authorized to manage.
2.6 Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
- Emergency maintenance
- Factors beyond our reasonable control
2.7 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication when available.
We will never ask for your password via email or phone. If you receive such a request, please report it to security@fixiweb.ai.
3.3 Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@fixiweb.ai.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- We reasonably believe your conduct may harm FixiWeb, our users, or third parties
- Your account has been inactive for more than 12 months (free accounts only)
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Free and Paid Plans
FixiWeb offers both free and paid subscription plans:
Free Plan - Limited number of websites - Limited scans per month - Basic features
Paid Plans (Pro, Agency, Enterprise) - More frequent scans and uptime checks - Approved fixes on supported platforms - More websites on Agency and Enterprise
Full details of current plans and pricing are available at fixiweb.ai/pricing.
4.2 Payment Terms
For paid subscriptions:
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at purchase
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions continue at the current rate until renewal
4.3 Evaluating FixiWeb and Cancelling
The Free plan is how you evaluate FixiWeb: it needs no payment information and does not expire. A paid subscription begins when you complete checkout and are charged.
- You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your account then moves to the Free plan
- Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period. Refunds are described in section 4.4
4.4 Refund Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 14 days, no refunds are provided for partial months.
- Annual Subscriptions: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, you may cancel but no refund will be provided for the remaining period.
- Downgrades: If you downgrade your plan, the new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.
To request a refund, contact billing@fixiweb.ai within the applicable refund period.
4.5 Fix Credits
FixiWeb does not currently sell fix credits. Automated fixes are included in paid plans, as described at fixiweb.ai/pricing. If fix credits are offered in the future, their terms will be added here before they go on sale.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. By adding a website to FixiWeb, you represent and warrant that you own the domain or have explicit written authorization from the domain owner to monitor and modify it. You agree to use the Service only to:
- Monitor and analyze websites you own or have authorization to scan
- Improve your website's security, performance, and compliance
- Generate reports and recommendations for legitimate business purposes
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Unauthorized Access - Scan websites without proper authorization from the website owner - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service - Use the Service to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of third-party systems without authorization
Harmful Activities - Use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks - Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service - Use the Service for any illegal purpose

Anti-Reselling - You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute FixiWeb services, reports, or scan results to third parties without prior written permission from FixiWeb LLC - Agency plan holders may share reports with their direct clients as part of their contracted services, but may not white-label or resell the Service itself
Misrepresentation - Impersonate any person or entity - Falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity - Provide false or misleading information
5.3 Consequences of Violation
Violation of these acceptable use policies may result in:
- Warning and request to cease the prohibited activity
- Temporary suspension of your account
- Permanent termination of your account
- Legal action if warranted
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 FixiWeb Ownership
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof), is owned by FixiWeb and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
6.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or any part thereof
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use our trademarks without prior written consent
6.4 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as website URLs, configurations, and notes). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store that content as necessary to provide the Service.
6.5 Feedback
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service without any obligation to you.
7. Third-Party Services
7.1 Integrations
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors, email providers, or analytics tools). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
7.2 Third-Party Websites
When you use FixiWeb to scan a website, we access that website as an automated tool. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party websites you choose to scan.
7.3 No Endorsement
Reference to any third-party products, services, or websites does not constitute or imply endorsement by FixiWeb.
7.4 Autonomous Operations and Website Responsibility
FixiWeb operates as a SilentOps layer — it monitors your website continuously and surfaces issues and approved fixes, but you remain the sole party responsible for your website at all times. Specifically:
- Owner responsibility: Enabling FixiWeb monitoring, approving any automated fix, turning on Autopilot or authorizing a specialist-assisted repair does not transfer operational, legal, or editorial responsibility for your website to FixiWeb. You remain fully accountable for your website's content, legality, accessibility compliance, and security posture.
- Approval gate: Every automated fix requires your authorization before execution - your approval of that fix or, if you have turned on Autopilot, your advance approval of its category. A specialist-assisted repair (§2.2B) only completes a repair you authorized in one of those ways. FixiWeb does not apply changes without user authorization.
- Backup responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining current backups of your website, database, and files. FixiWeb does not create or maintain backups on your behalf. We strongly recommend taking a full backup before approving any automated fix execution.
- Third-party compatibility: Automated fixes are designed to be safe and targeted, but may interact unexpectedly with custom themes, plugins, or configurations specific to your environment. No guarantee of compatibility is made.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1 Service Provided "As Is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.2 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will detect all issues on your website

- Your website will achieve any particular ranking, performance, security level, or compliance status
- Automated fixes will be compatible with your specific theme, plugins, CMS version, or hosting environment
- The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Any fix applied via the Computer Use Agent will produce the exact visual or functional result you expected
AI-generated outputs — including issue diagnoses, fix code, and recommendations — are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed before application. FixiWeb is a tool to assist you, not a guarantee of website correctness.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FIXIWEB, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Damages resulting from any third-party content or conduct
- Any other damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8.4 Basis of the Bargain
THE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION REFLECT A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK AND ARE A FUNDAMENTAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN US. THE SERVICE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FixiWeb and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
- Any content you submit to the Service
- Your scanning of any website without proper authorization

10.4 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
10.5 Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
11. General Provisions
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and FixiWeb regarding the Service.
11.2 Severability
